Furf continues to exercise its futuristic and scientific vision of sustainability and launches the world’s first bench with a bioleather made from leaves (Colocasia gigantea) organically dyed in red.

In 2019, Furf launched the collection called Autumn, also in bioleather from the Nova Kaeru tannery. Since then, renowned luxury brands, such as Loewe and Christian Louboutin, have incorporated biofabric into their creations.

In 2024, Furf expands its furniture line by introducing the largest piece ever made with this material, with a diameter of eighty centimeters. This new work reflects the hybridity between creatures and space artifacts, in a unique fusion between sustainability and cutting-edge innovation. This numbered edition embraces the colors of the season in which it will be launched at the Oscar Niemeyer Museum and is called Spring.
